The correct way to eat a two-center bar

The correct way to eat a two-center bar

There are two schools. The Straight-Across school bites through both centers at once and gets the full contrast in one hit — peanut butter and jam arriving together like they planned it. The Corner-First school works diagonally, isolating one center before crossing the border into the other.

We ran a highly unscientific study across the whole team (sample size: eleven people, four bars, one very productive afternoon). Straight-Across won for first-bite drama. Corner-First won for total experience, because the contrast keeps changing as you travel.

The official Melt Club position: start at a corner, cross the middle on bite three, and never — under any circumstances — let the bar reach room temperature untouched. The centers are softest exactly twelve minutes out of the fridge. Set a timer. We do.
