Every order ships cold-packed: insulated liner, frozen gel pack, crush-proof carton. We ship Monday–Wednesday so nothing sits in a warehouse over a weekend. Free cold-pack shipping on orders of 4+ bars; otherwise a flat $6. Summer orders get double gel packs at no charge.
